The finding aid for the B. J. Simmons & Co. Costume Design Records is a conflation of the original inventory created in 2002-2004, and of a small addition that was catalogued in 2007. The addition is described by a Folder List which has been appended to the original inventory, continuing the box and folder numbering sequence. An Index to Lists provides an outline of the arrangement of the original inventory, with links to material within specific series in both the original inventory and the addition. The Scope and Contents note and Indexes have been updated, and the RLIN record for the collection summarizes the material in the original inventory and the addition.
