This cafe sold a roast beef and potato dinner for 25¢, a hot roast beef sandwich for 20¢, and fried chicken for 25¢. Note the sign on the wall advertising a $4 meal ticket which would buy $5.50 worth of food. This was a common practice during the Depression.
