DESCRIPTION   Interior view of Biel's Self-Service Grocery located at 1015 South Staples in Corpus Christi, Texas. Three men stand in the center of the store, of which two are wearing white aprons. The third, probably a customer, wears suit trousers, a white shirt, and a tie. The man in the center is Bill Biel, brother of Emil Biel, owner of the store. This store was located at Six Point, an area where six streets come together. Biel's sold Super Suds detergent, Armour products, Bayer aspirin, Morton's salt, Baby Ruth candy bars, bulk eggs, Sunshine English style biscuits, and Big Shot gum, 10 for 1¢.
