DESCRIPTION   View of the dairy and meat counter at Model Grocery, an I.G.A. store, in Sinton, Texas. Five men, three in white aprons, stand behind a deli case. Butcher Jim Dubose stands second from left. The man with the light-colored tie was the deputy sheriff. Model Grocery sold Armour hams, Decker sausage, one-pound blocks of butter, milk in clear glass bottles, and garden seeds. Note the electric meat slicer and grinder.
