A man in dark business attire, Charles Coleman, Sr., sits at a wooden desk with multiple storage cubbyholes. A small wooden chair is next to the desk. Note the Postal and Western Union telegraph terminals and the informal filing system. In 1929 Mr. Coleman moved his home and sold the lot to Doc McGregor. C. E. Coleman Produce Company was a vegetable commission company which bought produce from farmers and sold to wholesalers in major cities.
