DESCRIPTION   Interior view of the Wonder Bar located at 307 Peoples Street in Corpus Christi, Texas. Two men (one in white shirt, white pants, and dark bowtie; the other in business attire and white shirt with rolled sleeves) stand behind a bar. Another man in a three-piece suit and hat leans on the bar with a beer bottle in front of him. Wooden booths line the wall opposite the serving bar. This bar sold Grand Prize, Pabst, Budweiser, and Pearl beers. John C. Brooks and Raymond Uehlinger were the owners of this establishment. Note the Punget gaming device (a type of marble game) and the slot machine on the counter, and the mounted deer heads and antlers on the walls.
