DESCRIPTION   Interior view of the Manhattan Cafe located at 305 Peoples Street in Corpus Christi, Texas. Three men in white jackets stand behind a serving counter. The man on the right is owner George Plomarity. Mr. Plomarity also owned the Texas Cafe. A lone diner sits at the counter. This cafe was probably located in the Nueces Hotel. A display case containing pastries sits on the counter behind the restaurant workers. Note the bottles of ketchup and canned goods stored on the high shelf.
