Description:

Unpublished photograph dating to the 1880s and containing 45 mounted albumen prints. Of the photographs, 41 are by Félix Bonfils (French, 1831-1885) and four are by Luigi Fiorillo (Italian, 1847-1898.). The photographs depict architecture, landscapes, and historic religious sites in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Jericho, and many of the photographs include captions printed from the negative.
