The collection is comprised of 257 silver gelatin prints, copy prints, 50 negatives with modern prints, and 1 glass negative of various images of Texas cities, turn-of-the-century Fort Worth architecture, ranch life, animals, and the XIT Ranch. Also many images of the expedition of USS Wyandot to the South Pole under the command of J. J. Vandale. Various and unidentified photographer(s). Time period represented circa 1890 to circa 1960.
