The collection consists of 28 photographs, the majority of which are portraits of the novelist and playwright William John Locke (British, 1863-1930) both aloneand with others. Additional subjects include his parents, Charlie Locke, Topley Williams, and Herbert Hoover, as well as Locke's rooms at college.
