The collection consists of photographs of and related to William Cowper Brann (American, 1855-1898), publisher of The Iconoclast. The photographs, which are chiefly cabinet cards but also include one carte-de-visite, are portraits of Brann and various family members. Identified photographers whose work is featured in the collection include: Alexander (Texarkana, Ark.) (P18); D. P. Barr (P2); Beal's Photographic Studio (P15); Burdick & Powe (P17); Jervis C.
