Layout is thirty-one lines in two columns ruled in brown ink. Decoration includes 1-, 2-, and 3-line red and blue initials on recto; 2- and 8-line red and blue initials on verso. Red highlighting of individual letters throughout. Text: (recto) "vestrum eadem quippe me[n]sura... Exaude domine vocem." Matthew chapter 21, verse 23 begins on fourth line of verso.
