HRC 4 Catholic Church. Book of hours, use of Paris. [Paris?], France: between 1425 and 1475. 142 leaves: parchment, 185 x 130 mm. Written in Latin, Gothic textualis formata script. Layout is 14 long lines ruled in red ink. Decorated with thirteen full-page miniatures with borders, spray borders, and 1- to 4-line illuminated initials. Binding: Bound in 16th-18th century brown tanned goatskin over paper boards. Provenance: Acquired by the Ransom Center in 1963 with the "Illuminated Manuscripts Collection" from New York bookseller, Lew David Feldman (House of El Dieff).
