The will of William Babington Maxwell (probate London, 31 October 1938) bequeathed all his copyrights to his son Henry William Austin Maxwell. The will of Henry William Austin Maxwell (probate Winchester, 12 April 1996) bequeathed all copyrights in his ownership to his cousin George Cobbett. The UK WATCH Office has not established the current position.
