Reilly and Lee Publishing CompanyReilly and Lee Publishing Company was formed in 1919 as the successor company to Reilly and Britton (q.v.). In 1957 Reilly and Lee was acquired by the Henry Regnier Company, which became known as Contemporary Books from 1977. Contemporary Books was acquired by the Tribune Company in 1993, and in 1996 became part of NTC/Contemporary.
