The firm became part of the Axel Springer group, being part of Econ Ullstein List and then from 2000 to 2003 of Ullstein Heyne List. Ullstein Heyne List was broken up in 2003 and Marion von Schröder Verlag was sold to Bonnier AB of Stockholm. It is now an imprint of Ullstein Buchverlage. Marshall Pickering	The religious publishing firm Marshall Pickering was formed in the mid-1980s by a merger of Marshall, Morgan and Scott and Pickering & Inglis. Marshall Pickering was acquired by the Zondervan Corporation, which in turn was acquired in 1988 by Harper & Row (now the HarperCollins division of News Corporation). Mason, Baker and Pratt	The firm of D. F. Robinson and Company was founded in Hartford, Connecticut in 1828, and is the original predecessor firm of Baker and Taylor. The name of Baker and Taylor was adopted in 1885, and between 1828 and 1885 the firm had many names, including Robinson, Pratt and Company; Pratt, Woodford and Company; Farmer, Brace and Company; Blakeman and Mason; Oakley and Mason; Mason, Baker and Pratt; and Baker, Pratt and Company.
