THE DOOR
Though they number only four, the sculptors whose signatures appear on the bookshop door represent diverse styles. James Earle Fraser made a name for himself sculpting traditional and often monumental figural works in bronze, while John Bernard Flannagan experimented with abstracted forms carved mainly from field stones.
