Abstract:
This addition to the
Ronald Christ Papers contains typescripts and proofs of Christ's
The Narrow Act: Borges' Art of Allusion,
as well as correspondence with the Archer M. Huntington Art Gallery, Wilson
Harris, Helen R. Lane (previously restricted), the Ransom Center, and the
University of Texas Press.
This addition to the Ronald Christ Papers contains typescripts and
proofs of Christ's The Narrow Act: Borges' Art of Allusion, as well as
correspondence with the Archer M. Huntington Art Gallery, Wilson Harris, Helen
R. Lane (previously restricted), the Ransom Center, and the University of Texas
Press. The majority of the collection is comprised of alphabetically-arranged
works by various authors who were associated with Christ in his editorial
capacity at Lumen, Inc., SITES, and as a translator for Latin American writers.
Correspondence with these authors is found with the manuscript material.
Books, audio cassettes, and video tapes received with this collection
were transferred to appropriate departments within the Ransom Center.
