Abstract: El Corno Emplumado, titled The Plumed Horn in English, was a bilingual journal primarily devoted to English- and Spanish-language literature (especially poetry) from Latin and North America. It was started in 1962 in Mexico City by Margaret Randall and Sergio de Mondragón and ran quarterly until July 1969. The Ransom Center's holdings cover the years 1962 to 1967 and include production materials as well as extensive correspondence with contributors, including Angela and George Bowering, Ernesto Cardenal, Kirby Congdon, Clayton Eshleman, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Anselm Hollo, Raquel Jodorowsky, Walter Lowenfels, Jackson MacLow, Kenneth Patchen, and Diane Wakoski.
