Description:

The collection consists of 279 images of, by, and related to the poet and author Dylan Thomas (Welsh, 1914-1953). Included are portraits of Thomas, his wife Caitlin Macnamara, their children Llewelyn, Aeronwy, and Colm, Thomas' mother Florence, and other family members, as well as friends and associates. There are also photographic reproductions of sketches by Thomas, scenes from a production of Under Milkwood, and views of places in Wales associated with Thomas, including Laugharne, where Thomas moved with his family in 1938.
