Description:

The collection consists of the photographs, business records, and studio ephemera of John Paul "Jno." Trlica (American, 1882–1977) of Granger, Texas. Included are: 10,000+ glass plate negatives, some with modern prints; 500+ nitrate negatives; 50+ banquet film negatives; 700+ vintage silver gelatin prints; and 50+ vintage panoramic prints. Subjects included are: studio portraits of nearby area residents; personal and public events in the community, including festivals, religious ceremonies, and conventions; and corn and cotton agriculture.
