Album containing 204 German photo-reproduction postcards from World War I. Cards chiefly published by Photochemie Berlin and Gustav Liersch, Berlin. Not all photographers whose work is represented are known. Those identified are Alfred Grohs (German, 1880-1935), Gebr. Haeckel, Alex Menzendorf (German, 1874-1949), and Robert Sennecke (German, 1885-1940). Processes included in the album are collotypes, gelatin silver, and photogravures. Some are hand-colored.
