Description:

The collection consists of one salted paper print by J. Johnstone, titled New Prison Wandsworth, which dates to the 1840s. The verso of the print is signed by J. Johnstone and bears the image title. Below that inscription, Helmut Gernsheim wrote: “Herschel sale.”
