Description:

The collection consists of 48 photographs (29 loose prints and 19 glass-mounted transparencies), about half of which are candid images of playwright and poet Glenn Hughes (American, 1894-1964) and his associates. Other images pertain chiefly to Hughes' dramatic works, except for a group of glass-mounted slides that document the construction of the Penthouse Theater at the University of Washington at Seattle.
