HRC 10 Catholic Church. Book of hours. Flanders: between 1425 and 1475. 237 leaves: parchment, 86 x 61 mm. Written in Latin, Gothic textualis formata script. Layout is 15 lines ruled in red ink. Decoration includes ten small miniatures plus twelve full-page miniatures, twenty-four floreated borders, and twenty-three large initials painted and illuminated with burnished gold. Binding: Bound in full beveled brown levant with gold tooling on spine, front and back covers, and broad inside borders.
