Written in Latin, humanistic script. Layout is twenty-one long lines ruled in dry point. Decoration includes an illumination of Christ among the Doctors on verso, one 2-line illuminated initial on a blue ground with white infilling; text is framed in a gold border on recto and verso. Modern pagination, 47, in lower right corner of verso. Text: (recto) "-gypti seccessisti et ab egypto vocatus in terra... (incipit, verso) Domine iesu criste fili dei [viui] qui per triduum a parentibus... volutatem propriam frangere ut subiectus." End of chapter 14 followed by beginning of chapter 16 (according to printed editions). Leaf 2. Prayerbook? France: 14th-15th century. 1 leaf: parchment, 66 x 45 mm. Written in Latin, gothic cursiva formata (bastarda) script. Layout is eleven long lines ruled in ink. No decoration. Text: (recto) "propheta et plusquam propheta... universum exaltatati." Possibly a portion for a prayerbook. Leaf 3. Book of hours, Psalms. France: 15th century. 1 leaf: parchment, 160 x 110 mm. Written in Latin, gothic cursiva formata (bastarda) script. Layout is nineteen long lines ruled in red ink. Decoration includes partial foliate and floral border decoration and alternating 1- and 2-line illuminated initials on red or blue grounds. Text: "Dominus regnavit decorem indutus est... Iubilate deo omnis terra, servite domino... Deus deus meus ad te de luce... ." Portions of Psalm 92, 99, and 62 respectively.
