Elinor Wylie was a US citizen, and her copyrights come under US law. This is understood to mean that all of her manuscripts and unpublished papers are in the public domain from 2003, including manuscripts held in UK repositories. Any of her writings first published before 1929 are also in the public domain. Writings first published since 1929 might still be in copyright.
