The will of Beatrice Kean Seymour (probate London, 19 January 1956) allocates the first five pounds in royalties payable after her death to her sister Margaret Elizabeth Stapleton. Thereafter all royalties were to be payable to her trustees Edward Roffe Thompson and Constance Evelyn Redfearn, who may be assumed to have inherited jointly her copyrights. The wills of Edward Roffe Thompson (probate London, 3 December 1973: sole heir Edward Anthony Thompson) and Constance Evelyn Redfearn (probate London, 22 March 1976: sole heir Geraldine Mary Barker) can be consulted in the London Probate Office.
