Contact for H. C. (Henry Christopher) Bailey   1878-1961

The UK WATCH Office has not confirmed current copyright holders for the writings of H. C. Bailey. By his will (probate London, 15 June 1961) his estate passed to his widow Lydia Haden Janet Bailey, and the sole heirs from her will (probate London, 15 December 1971) were their daughters Betty Lydia Bennett and Mary Dorothy Bailey. The will of Betty Lydia Bennett has been traced (probate London, 7 June 1972), but there are a number of wills in the London Probate Office from the 1970s to the 1990s in the name of Mary Dorothy Bailey.
