Description: |
The collection consists of salted paper prints, albumen prints, and calotypes (negatives) by Samuel Buckle (English, 1819?-1860). The calotypes (964:0700:0001-0015) were previously attributed to H. P. (Henry Peach) Robinson but have since been re-attributed to Buckle. Also included is a gelatin silver print made P. H. (Peter Henry) Emerson (British, 1856-1936) from Buckle's original calotype. |
